You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be in their original condition.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — in most cases with no need to ship anything back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through PayPal. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
